Published Work
I went to college in Washington, D.C., intending to perform a public service by being the next, great political reporter. Following semesters at The Washington Post and an NPR station, I became disillusioned and left D.C. after graduating in 2008. I decided I could do more good at the grassroots level and took a communications job with a non-profit. I now work as the Field Programs Coordinator for the International Mountain Biking Association. My day job funds my cycling habit and enables me to do a bit of freelance work. I write occasionally for 303 Cycling and She Pedals Magazine.
